Hello! My name is Jonas Thorén and I work with art in several forms. Sound, painting, sculpture, graphics, and video are simply different ways for me to tell a story. The process is alive — tools and methods change, but ideas, concepts, and messages always come first.

As an artist, I treat sound like any other material. How it comes into being doesn’t matter — a gust of wind, a sample, a digital voice, or an AI‑generated tone. The computer is just another tool, and I make no hierarchical distinction between sound sources. What matters is the intention, the storytelling, and the final result.

I call these sound‑based works Brave Smart Music: sound that resembles music but follows different rules. It’s a fast medium for messages, protest, satire, and storytelling — art first, music second.

I created the genre HumAi because Brave Smart Music doesn’t fit inside traditional categories. The process, the intention, and the storytelling follow different rules, so it needed its own space — a place where human vision and intelligent tools work together without being compared to old definitions of music.

Everything I create belongs to Brave Smart World: a think tank and artistic platform where the works may look different but revolve around the vision of a better world. Here, new technology, satire, humor, spirituality, storytelling, and protest serve as recurring sources of inspiration.

To summarize: Brave Smart Music is a collective name for digital sound art that resembles music but is built on different premises. The works move between protest and activism, satire and humor, storytelling, and personal development. HumAi serves as the overall genre label.
